| | Chronic Back Pain & Co-Codamol: Looking for Tips (18th Nov 24 at 9:02am UTC) | | Hey everyone,
I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for a while and using Co-Codamol to manage it. It’s effective, but I’m worried about the risks of long-term use, like dependency or liver/kidney problems. Has anyone else been through this? How do you manage chronic pain without heavily relying on painkillers? I’d love to hear your experiences or suggestions.
Thanks! | |

I totally get your concern about long-term use of Co-Codamol. I’ve been there too. While it helps manage the pain, I also try to balance it with other methods like stretching, yoga, and improving posture to avoid over-relying on painkillers.
If you’re looking for a reliable source for Co-Codamol, I’ve been using buy Co-Codamol 30/500 RXEuropa, and it’s worked well for me.
Would love to hear more about what’s helped others manage chronic pain without too many painkillers! | |
