How the SAFe course helps to implement Agile at th (19th Dec 24 at 5:15pm UTC)
When our company decided to implement Agile at the level of the entire organization, it seemed unrealistic at first. The small teams seemed to understand how to work in this format, but no one knew how to synchronize all the departments. Then our director suggested we try SAFe to structure the process. We started with a little training, but questions arose: how to properly organize PI planning and involve everyone in the process? Does anyone have experience with SAFe related courses? Did it help to set up such large-scale processes?

We had something similar. We were trying to implement Agile in different departments, but without a common structure it was like a patchwork quilt. To better understand how SAFe works, I signed up for SAFe Agilist Certification. This course not only helped me understand the principles, but also taught me how to build communication between teams at the organizational level. One of the most valuable sessions was about creating a consistent backlog - it's now a key part of our work. If you're looking for a way to gain a deeper understanding of SAFe, I recommend checking out this course.

I'm still just starting to explore topics related to Agile and SAFe, but I like the idea that you can synchronize the work of several teams at once. It's probably cool when everyone can see a common plan and work as one. I'm still reading articles and looking at examples to see how applicable this is for us. If implementing SAFe improves collaboration, it's definitely worth exploring.
